Welsh company fined for burning trade waste (06/08/2006)GKR Building & Maintenance Co. Ltd, Bedwas House Industrial Estate, Caerphilly, pleaded guilty at Blackwood Magistrates' Court on 31 July 2006 to a charge regarding the illegal disposal of trade waste. They were fined £3,000 and also ordered to pay over £700 in costs to Environment Agency Wales who brought the prosecution.
